Willy is married with two children, has a Business Administration Degree (marketing major, 1966) from the University of Hawaii and is a licensed Real Estate Broker GRI (designation State of Hawaii).  

Willy entered the U.S. Army as a 2nd Lt. upon graduation in 1966 and resigned his commision as a Captain in 1969. From 1970 to1980, he was with Hawaii Kai Development Corp. gaining general experience in all phases of real estate, development, project management, property management, consulting, construction, with primary emphasis on sales and marketing. From 1980 to 1985, he was Vice President of Capital Pacific Development Corporation with responsibilities for overseeing development projects in the continental U.S. in Texas and Florida. He became Project Manager of Augusta Riverside Development Corp. in Augusta Georgia for consolidation of 200+ acres of land and 400-unit townhouse development and golf course along the Savannah River in 1993. Then, he successfully developed a $40 million financial package for 279-unit Country Club Plaza in the Salt lake area of Honolulu.

Willy became a licensed real estate agent in 1979 and went from a Realtor Associate to a Realtor (Broker) in 1983. He has been self-employed since then as owner and Principal Broker of Seaside Properties, Inc., which evolved into Seaside Properties LLC.

Willy is also a mortgage banker with Meridian Financial Network Inc. This affords Seaside the ability to provide an additional service to our clients who are interested in refinancing their current home or those clients who are purchasing a home and in need of a mortgage loan or prequalification for a mortgage.
