Before launching a career in real estate, Lester was already established as a successful Electronics Engineer in the Silicon Valley . Lester graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1998. After graduating from college, Lester purchased his first real estate property at the early age of 21. He then sold it a year later and profited over a $100,000+. That was the beginning of his success record in real estate. Lester then decided to pursue his real estate license and began learning more about financing. After 1 year in the business, he became a top producer in his company and after several years of being mentored by his Chief Financial Officer, Lester decided to open his own Real Estate and Mortgage Company in California . Several years later, Lester decided it was time to return home to Hawaii and be with Family. Lester believes that success is more than just money. Success includes healthy relationships, and people always come first. Lester's goal is to give back to his homeland, family, and friends by helping everyone achieve their dreams through real estate.
